Timothy J. Anderson is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin and is certified by the State of Wisconsin Department of Industry, Labor, and Human Relations (DILHR) Safety & Building Division, for compliance with Administrative Rule ILHR 10 regarding site assessments, the removal and cleaning of USTs. In addition, Mr. Anderson has completed the 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training course with annual updates and 8-hour Confined Space Entry training courses.

Scott J. Brockway is a registered Professional Geologist in the State of Wisconsin and Illinois and is certified by the State of Wisconsin DILHR Safety & Building Division, for compliance with Administrative Rule ILHR 10 regarding site assessments. In addition, Mr. Brockway has completed the 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training course with annual updates, an eight hour site safety management course and a CERCLA regulation course.

United is registered by the State of Wisconsin, to provide professional level engineering and/or hydrogeological services for Petroleum Environmental Cleanup Fund Act (PECFA) eligible sites.

United is authorized by the Department of Regulation and Licensing of the State of Wisconsin to practice Professional Engineering services in accordance with the provisions of the Wisconsin Statues.
